The Leadership of NANSNM NATIONAL led by Rt. Comr. Richard Timjul Rimpyen wishes to express his sincerest sympathies to Students Nurses in College of Nursing and Midwifery Kafanchan, especially to those who were affected and sustained varying degrees of burns due to a fire outbreak on the 18th May.
According to report compiled by the student union government and The National Treasurer (Comr. Awolo Sunday), 14 of the Students were affected by this unfortunate conflagration.
All the affected Students have been admitted to different hospital and are currently receiving treatment, one was discharged and one passed away yesterday.
I want to also use this medium to conveye my sincerest condolences to the family of the bereaved, that may God grant them the fortitude to bear the loss and also pray for the quick recovery of others affected by this unfortunate tragedy.
Lastly, I want appreciate the NANNM CHAIRMAN KADUNA STATE, THE STUDENT UNION PRESIDENT AND HIS CABINET MEMBERS AND ALL OTHERS that have assisted in one way or other, your contributions and sacrifices will not be forgotten. We wish you speedy recovery and our prayers are with you always!
