      Solutions JamesSolutions James

Hello guys, i am Solutions and many of you know me as MR. Solutions. Since we have taken a break from our regular Whatsapp class, i have partnered with a very good friend of mine to deliver this page to you and don’t forget, we used to have a have a study group on this website and every activity is dedicated to healthcare workers but due to recent events, we have now made it easy for you to learn online.

      Now, what is IELTS about?
IELTS is expatiated as International English Language Testing System. IELTS was founded in 1989. It is jointly owned by British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia and Cambridge Assessment English. You would have noticed that some would say they want idp, some British council blablabla.
Don’t worry, u will soon know what it is.

It is done at 4 times in a month, 48 times in a year.

      It entails
Listening: 40 minutes (including the 10-minute transfer time),
      Reading: 60 minutes,
      Writing: 60 minutes,
      Speaking: 11–14 minutes.
      Total: 2 hours, 55 minutes.

Over 2.5 million people write IELTS each year

It is meant for non-native speakers. Progression on exam day is usually in this manner – Listening>>> Reading >>>> Writing.

It is either you take speaking a week before/after the three modules up there or within the week of the 3 exams (e.g. taking Speaking exam on Thursday and having others on Saturday).

Is it the only English test: No.

We have TOEFL– Test of English as a Foreign Language

Reading is the second part of the IELTS test, and takes 60 minutes. It consists of three or sometimes four reading passages of increasing difficulty, and there is a total of 40 questions to answer. Though you can mark and write on the Question Paper, you must enter your answers on the Reading Answer Sheet, and be aware that no extra time is given for transferring your answers from the test booklet to the Reading Answer Sheet.
