One of the questions that follow the new NMC Nigeria online verification process is the confusion on how applying for verification is now done. For Nigeria nurses, this post will explain how to apply for your NMC verification (or position statement) of certificates to any parts of the world. The price has been ridiculously jacked high
The process is Online and feasible. This means that you must have active professional update form (puf) already registered. However, if you have never been updated on this form, you need to start and complete the form HERE.
NB: if you are just joining the PUF form, you need to use a mobile number/Email that you can access to receive OTP (codes). When you have successfully registered your PUF, follow the process below.
The process involved is listed below (for those with PUF):
look for the menu icon, click on register (if it’s your first visit to the website). You will be sent an OTP to your registered email address to complete the registration.
2. Sign in (if you have signed up before), or register for the license account by inputing your details that matches what you have on your PUF. Follow the steps and sign in.
3. If you encounter difficulty with signing in, contact NMCN resolution team: firstname.lastname@example.org
4. When you sign in, fill each section to mark 100%, upload all necessary section
5. By now the ‘verification’ button should have been on your dashboard, follow the command prompts and make payments as appropriate.
