Getting the job faster with Trac Jobs

One of the most reputable online recruitment management system to get your job as an oversea healthcare worker in the NHS is through TracJobs when considering United kingdom. Based on popular demands and rising challenges of what next after taking NMC CBT exam is the hustle of getting a job.

In the past, the use of agents were common guides to these applications and most times, you do not even need to stress as they have direct contacts with trusts for interview slots and all. However, with recent changes addressing concerns of allegations as with exploitation of developing countries and excess migration of nurses from those countries, it has become an independent process where candidates are required to apply themselves and count on ‘luck’ for interview offers. While some trusts do not recruit from developing countries at all, many others consider healthcare workers from other countries as a vast resource to their bank of diversity, quality healthcare and improvement in client care.

We have created this post to focus on Nurses of any discipline willing to use Tracjobs to search for jobs. This could help to form the basis for other disciplines (until we make a post focusing on other disciplines) and even other platforms such as nhs jobs and co.

  1. How do I get to register?
    Also I have a situation;
    I am a registered nurse from Nigeria who has written ielts test and got an overall band 7.0 but a 6.5 in reading. Is there any waiver for that presently? Or is there anything I can do rather than writing another test. Thank you

    1. You can apply with the link on the page. However, you can only be eligible to register with Ireland if your IELTS result is 6.5 in reading and 7 in others. However, if you have another less than 6.5, you will be needing to take IELTS again. If thats the case, you can commence the process on verification with local NMCN
